Outcomes

Building a pipeline that converts house plans, CAD files or reference photos into a buildable, LEGO-compatible brick model of a customer's own home.
Designed an interactive 3D preview so customers can see and rotate their model before ordering.
Each order ships with its own printed instruction book, so the model can be built brick by brick at home.
Extended the concept beyond houses to landmark builds (e.g. the Eiffel Tower) and gift cards, broadening the product beyond a single use case.
Opened an early-access waitlist ahead of the first customer shipments.
