Outcomes

Shipped a photo-to-reading tool: upload a picture of a tarot spread and it identifies the layout and every card, including reversed cards.
Recognises common spreads — single card, three-card, Celtic Cross and horseshoe — and describes freeform layouts.
Returns a summary of the whole spread followed by a short reading for each card based on its position, with an optional question to focus the reading.
Flags cards it cannot identify confidently rather than guessing, and works with most standard 78-card decks.
Designed for privacy: no account required, and photos, questions and readings are not stored.
